高校班级管理及班委队伍建设策略探析

高等院校是培养学生成长成才的重要场所,高校班级管理是强化高等教育工作的重要组成部分,班委队伍在协助辅导员开展班级管理工作中同样发挥重要的作用。通过辅导员的积极引导,加强班委队伍建设,让班委之间相互合作、各司其职对强化班级管理具有重要意义。笔者通过对班级管理现状的阐述、针对班级管理过程中存在的问题提出了高校班级管理的几点策略,以及在高校班级管理中班委队伍建设对班级管理发挥的作用进行探析,对高校班级管理工作起到积极的作用。

Colleges and universities are important places to train students to grow and become talented.Class management in colleges and universities is an important part of strengthening the work of higher education.Class committee team also plays an important role in assisting counselors to carry out class management.It is of great significance to strengthen class management through the active guidance of counselors,strengthen the team construction of class committee,let the class committee cooperate with each other and perform their own duties.First of all,the current situation of class management is expounded,aiming at the problems existing in the process of class management,several strategies for class management in colleges and universities are put forward,and the class committee team construction in college class management plays a positive role in class management in colleges and universities.
