摘要 核电厂大修历来是核电厂的重要工作,随着单个基地机组数量的增加,多机组同时大修、迎峰度夏/度冬期间等不适宜窗口大修的情况时有发生。提高机组能力因子成为核电机组的重要考核指标,必须保证优秀的大修业绩,因此需要进行科学的大修规划,通过预防性维修大纲修订实现预维项目及周期的合理化提升,通过全寿期大修项目规划将预维项目合理分布于全寿期大修中,然后进行多机组大修窗口规划避免大修窗口的重叠,再通过大修工期的对标迭代体系实现大修项目工期的逐步加快,最后通过大修逻辑优化实现执行逻辑的优化,并进行新工艺新方法的创新应用,进一步实现工期的优化。通过这一系列的改进措施,将大修项目、逻辑、流程全方位地优化,最终实现大修工期的优化。 The refueling outage has always been an important task for nuclear power plant.In order to achieve excellent outage performance,scientific outage planning is necessary.Through the revision of preventive maintenance outline,the rationalization and improvement of pre-maintenance projects and cycles are achieved.Through the planning of full life outage projects,the pre-maintenance projects are reasonably distributed throughout the entire life of outage.Then,the time planning for multiple unit outage is carried out to avoid overlapping outage time.Then,through the benchmarking and iteration system of the outage duration,the outage duration is gradually accelerated.Finally,the optimization of the execution logic is achieved through the optimization of the outage logic.And innovative applications of new processes and methods are carried out to further optimize the construction period.Through this series of improvement measures,the comprehensive optimization of the outage project,logic,and process will be achieved,ultimately achieving the optimization of the outage schedule.
