摘要
核岛冷冻水系统是为核岛通风空调提供冷源的冷水系统。由于核电工艺的特殊性以及环境条件的复杂性,要求冷冻水系统具有对宽范围负荷变化的适应能力,且冷水机组和水泵的配置必须满足夏季最大负荷要求。但在实际运行中,满负荷运行时间较短,其他负荷运行时制冷能力被白白浪费,增大了电能消耗。研究将变频技术应用于核岛冷冻水系统的可行性,并分析应用变频技术的经济性,以达到核电厂节能降耗的目的。
The chilled water system of nuclear island is a cold water system that provides cold water for the ventilation system of nuclear island.Due to the particularity and the complexity of the environmental conditions of nuclear power technology,the chilled water system is required to be adaptable to the change of load in a wide range.The configuration of the chiller and the pump must meet the maximum load in summer.However,in actual operation,the running time of full load is short,which increases the power consumption.This paper mainly studies the feasibility of applying frequency conversion technology to the chilled water system of nuclear island,and analyzes the economy of applying frequency conversion technology,in order to saving energy and reducing consumption of nuclear power plant.
