摘要
通过对压水堆核电厂大型设备带预紧力套筒型螺栓锚固系统建立理论分析模型,分析了在不同外荷载作用下锚固系统的受力状态,其主要受力特征为混凝土一直处于受压状态,破坏形态与普通地脚螺栓完全不同,充分利用了螺杆受拉性能好、混凝土抗压强度高的优点,能大幅提高锚固系统的受拉承载能力,适用于核电厂承受较大受拉荷载的大型设备的锚固,数值模拟与理论分析结果吻合。
By establishing a theoretical analysis model for the pre-tensioned bolts with the sleeve anchoring system of large equipment in nuclear power plants,the stress state of the anchoring system under different external loads was analyzed.The main stress characteristic was that the concrete was always in a compressive state,and the failure mode was completely different from that of ordinary anchor bolts.This fully utilized the advantages of good tensile performance of bolts and high compressive strength of concrete,which can significantly improve the tensile bearing capacity of the anchoring system,Suitable for anchoring large equipment in nuclear power plants that withstand significant tensile loads,the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis results are consistent.
