一种高集成一体化液压能源设计及其密封优化

摘要 为适应未来导弹对舵机舱轻质小型化的需求,提出一种液压能源系统设计。采用液压能源集成一体化技术,将原本独立的液压部件的芯体集成为一体式能源,在不牺牲技术性能的前提下,达到液压能源系统的轻质、小型化目的;同时优化液压能源配流盘、活塞调节结构、柱塞滑靴组的密封设计,降低液压泄漏、提高容积效率。仿真和试验结果表明:高集成的一体化液压能源设计实现了弹上用液压能源的轻质、小型化,同时有效降低了液压泵的泄漏量,具有效率高、零流量输入扭矩小、对弹上电源需求低的特点。 In order to meet the needs of future missiles for lightweight and miniaturization of the steering nacelle,a design scheme of hydraulic energy system for missiles was proposed.Hydraulic energy integration technology was adopted,which integrated the core of independent hydraulic components into an integrated energy.Under the premise of ensuring technical performance,it can also achieve the goal of lightweight and miniaturization of hydraulic energy systems.The sealing designs of hydraulic energy distribution plate,piston adjustment structure,and piston sliding shoe group were optimized to reduce hydraulic leakage and improve volumetric efficiency.The simulation and test results show that the highly integrated hydraulic energy design realizes the lightweight and miniaturization of the mis⁃sile hydraulic energy,the leakage of the hydraulic pump is reduced effectively,which has the characteristics of high efficiency,small ze⁃ro flow input torque,and low demand for the missile power supply.
