Exploration of Innovative Service Practice in Public Libraries in the New Era:Analysis of Case Studies Based on the Third National Public Library Innovation and Creativity Collection and Promotion Activity

通过梳理第三届全国公共图书馆创新创意征集推广活动专题研讨会交流案例的基本情况,在运作体系、破解发展瓶颈、新媒体营销、关键词创新、成效积累等方面对案例进行解析,提出在新时代公共图书馆发展中,可借鉴成功实践模式、深入开展调查研究、进行系统培育项目、强化服务品牌、坚持守正创新,不断提升公共文化服务能力。

By reviewing basic information of the exchange cases at the third National Public Library Innovation and Creativity Collection and Promotion Symposium,this paper analyzes the cases in terms of operational system,breaking de⁃velopment bottlenecks,new media marketing,keyword innovation,and effect accumulation,proposes that in the develop⁃ment of public libraries in the new era,successful practical models can be used for reference,in-depth investigation and research can be carried out,systematic cultivation projects can be carried out,and service brands can be strengthened,integrity and innovation can be adhered,and continuously improving public cultural service capabilities.
