本文探讨了500kA全石墨化阴极电解槽的电压控制实践,首先介绍了全石墨化阴极的优势以及电解槽的结构优化改进。随后强调了电解槽电压控制的重要性,包括降低能耗、提高生产效率等方面的意义,并讨论了精确电解槽电压控制的实际作用和相关问题。在实践研究部分详细介绍了电解槽电压的测量方法、过程改进措施,如阳极压降和电解质压降的调整以及技术条件控制优化的重要性。最后强调了基础工作的必要性,以适应电压控制的需求。
This paper discusses the practice of voltage control of 500kA fully graphitized cathode electrolyzer,and firstly introduces the advantages of fully graphitized cathode as well as the structural optimization and improvement of the electrolyzer.Subsequently,the importance of electrolyzer voltage control is emphasized,including the significance of reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency,and the practical role of precise electrolyzer voltage control and related issues are discussed.In the practical research section,the measurement methods of electrolyzer voltage,process improvement measures,such as the adjustment of anode pressure drop and electrolyte pressure drop,and the importance of control optimization of technical conditions are described in detail.Finally,the need for groundwork to accommodate voltage control is emphasized.
