井下无人驾驶电机车安全管控措施研究

摘要 某金矿采用无人驾驶电机车代替传统电机车进行矿石运输,有轨运输的自动化和智能化水平大大提高,但无人驾驶过程中存在一系列非常规的安全隐患,急需对相关安全管控措施进行分析研究。通过开展门禁及警报安全系统管理、地下控制室及维修室安全管理、放矿口安全管理、防碰撞安全管理、视频监控安全管理、岔道安全管理、双系统可靠性安全管理及姿态运行安全管理研究,实现了对人员、来往车辆、场所和配套设备的安全管控,同时制定无人驾驶电机车相关安全管理制度,规范各项作业内容。 A certain gold mine uses unmanned electric locomotives to replace traditional electric locomotives for ore transportation,greatly improving the automation and intelligence level of rail transportation.However,there are a series of unconventional safety hazards in the unmanned driving process,and it is urgent to analyze and study relevant safety control measures.By conducting research on access control and alarm security system management,underground control room and maintenance room security management,mining exit security management,collision prevention security management,video monitoring security management,turnout security management,dual system reliability security management,posture operation security management,the safety management of personnel,vehicles,places,and supporting equipment has been achieved.At the same time,relevant safety management systems for unmanned electric locomotives have been developed,Standardize the content of various assignments.
