基于生态修复背景下的矿山地质公园建设与开发

摘要 作为承载着人类对自然认知与利用的重要地质遗迹,矿山地质公园集合了旅游休闲、文化科普、研究教育等多重功能。经历文化展示、景观保护、生态引领三个发展阶段,生态修复与文化挖掘日趋成为矿山地质公园规划设计的内涵与外延,矿业文化、园林文化、生态文化成为矿山地质公园的主要类型。然而,受修复技术限制、土地权属不清、资金短缺等限制,需要从完善法律法规、提升公众参与、构筑监测体系方面科学推进矿山地质公园建设,实现生态与经济协调发展。 As important geological remnants that carry human cognition and utilization of nature,mining geological parks encompass multiple functions,including tourism and leisure,cultural education,and research.Undergoing three developmental stages of cultural display,landscape preservation,and ecological guidance,ecological restoration and cultural excavation have increasingly become the essence and extension of planning and design for mining geological parks.Mining culture,garden culture,and ecological culture are the primary types of mining geological parks.However,constrained by limitations such as restoration technology,unclear land ownership,and insufficient funding,scientific advancement in the construction of mining geological parks is needed through the improvement of laws and regulations,enhanced public participation,and the establishment of monitoring systems to achieve the harmonious development of ecology and economy.
