仪控系统预防性维护和故障率降低

摘要 随着科技进步和工业发展的快速推进,自动化仪表和控制系统的应用越来越广泛和深入,工艺生产过程对于仪控系统的依赖程度也越来越高。仪控系统的安全稳定运行,不仅直接关系到生产过程的安全进行,对于产品产量和质量也起着至关重要的作用。做好仪控系统的维护工作,降低仪控系统故障率,既是设备管理的需求,更是生产经营的重要保障。本文以中色大冶冶炼厂2020年至2022年仪控系统运行情况为例,统计和分析近年来仪控系统的故障数据,并有针对性的开展预防性维护工作,同时对预防性工作开展情况及取得的成效进行评估和总结,针对存在的问题和改进,提出完善方案。 With the rapid advancement of technology and industrial development,the application of automation instruments and control systems is becoming more and more widespread and in-depth,and the dependence of process production on instrument and control systems is also increasing.The safe and stable operation of the instrument and control system not only directly affects the safety of the production process,but also plays a crucial role in product yield and quality.Maintaining the instrument and control system well and reducing its failure rate is not only a requirement for equipment management,but also an important guarantee for production and operation.This article takes the operation of the instrument and control system at Zhongse Daye Smelter from 2020 to 2022 as an example,collects and analyzes the fault data of the instrument and control system in recent years,and carries out targeted preventive maintenance work.At the same time,it evaluates and summarizes the progress and achievements of preventive work,and proposes improvement plans for existing problems and improvements.
