摘要 质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)金属双极板具有机械强度高、易加工、成本低等优势,但其在PEMFC的酸性环境中容易被腐蚀,从而会对其寿命及导电性产生不利的影响。通过采用氮化物涂层改性的双极板表面结构会变得更加致密,能够提高基体的耐腐蚀性能,从而提高燃料电池的工作寿命。本文从氮化物涂层的种类出发,回顾了近年来氮化物涂层的研究进展。然后介绍了涂层常见的制备方法,同时对其原理进行了分析,对不同的方法制备出的氮化物涂层进行了分析对比。随后总结了不同种类涂层的特点及存在的问题,对不同种类的涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行了比较。最后指出了氮化物涂层存在的问题,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。 Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)metal bipolar plates have advantages such as high mechanical strength,easy processing and low cost.However,they are prone to corrosion in the acidic environment of PEMFC,which can have adverse effects on their lifespan and electrical conductivity.The surface structure of the bipolar plates modified by nitride coating will become denser,which can improve the corrosion resistance of the substrate and thus improve the working life of fuel cells.This article reviews the research progress of nitride coatings in recent years,starting from the kinds of nitride coatings.Then the common preparation methods for coatings are introduced,and their principles are analyzed.The nitride coatings prepared by different methods are analyzed and compared.Subsequently,the characteristics and existing problems of different kinds of coatings are summarized,and the corrosion resistance performance of different kinds of coatings is compared.Finally,the existing problems of nitride coatings are pointed out,and their future development directions are prospected.
