DP船舶直流闭环母排短路压降穿越FMEA分析

摘要 短路压降穿越能力是衡量带有DPS-2或DPS-3附加标志的海洋工程船舶电力系统在合排或闭环操作时是否满足冗余要求的一个重要指标,也是动力定位FMEA分析和船级社考察的重点。具有优良短路压降穿越能力的电力系统对海洋工程船舶的安全作业有着重要的意义。本文以某型风电安装船为例,介绍了直流公共母排系统在动力定位(DP)船舶上的应用,简要分析了由于直流母排短路而产生的压降对全船动力定位的影响及其相比传统交流系统的优势,并指明了动力定位FMEA分析时应当注意的事项。 The short-circuit voltage dip ride through capability is an important indicator for measuring whether the power system of offshore engineering ships with DPS-2 or DPS-3 additional notation meets redundancy requirements during closed or closed-loop busbar configuration.It is also a key point for DP FMEA analysis and classification society inspection.The power system with excellent short-circuit voltage dip ride through capability is of great significance for the safe operation of offshore engineering ships.This article takes a certain type of wind power installation ship as an example to introduce the application of DC common busbar system on dynamic positioning(DP)ships.It briefly analyzes the impact of voltage dip caused by DC busbar short circuit on the ship's dynamic positioning and its advantages compared to traditional AC systems and points out the items that should be taken when analyzing DP FMEA.
