堤岸草地护理机械斜坡稳定性仿真分析

摘要 针对堤岸草地现阶段存在杂草丛生和垃圾遍地等问题,设计了一款堤岸草地护理机械。由于该装置的运行环境主要为堤岸斜坡,因此文中对装置在斜坡上的运行情况进行模拟,并利用仿真软件ADAMS进行整车的虚拟样机模拟运行,通过软件对小车模型进行简化和调整,实现小车在不同角度的堤岸草地攀爬时的仿真运行。仿真结果表明:堤岸草地护理机械不仅可以实现不同角度坡道上的稳定攀爬,同时其重心转移模块还能有效避免侧翻。 In view of the problems of overgrown weeds and garbage in the embankment grass at this stage,a dike grass care machine is designed in this article.Since the operating environment of the device is mainly the embankment slope,the operation condition of the device on the slope is simulated,and the simulation software ADAMS is used to simulate the virtual prototype of the whole vehicle.The trolley model is simplified and adjusted through the software so as to realize the simulation operation of the trolley climbing the embankment grass at different angles.The simulation results show that the embankment grass care machine can achieve stable climbing on the ramp at different angles;at the same time,the rollover can be effectively avoided through the center of gravity transfer module.
