摘要
为了验证增材制造技术对复杂中空风冷板的可行性,对中空风冷板模型增材制造工艺性、增材制造打印成型工艺性和粉末选择进行了分析对比。文中优选成熟AlSi10Mg铝合金打印参数完成中空风冷板的成型,并对随炉打印的试样力学性能和表面处理防护性能进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,增材中空风冷板性能可以满足产品设计使用要求。
In order to verify the feasibility of additive manufacturing technology for complex hollow air cold plate,the hollow air cold plate model additive manufacturing process,printing process of additive manufacturing,powder selection are analyzed and compared;and the mature AlSi10Mg aluminum alloy printing parameters are selected to complete the forming of hollow air cold plate.The mechanical properties and surface treatment protection properties of the samples printed with the furnace are tested and verified.The performance of the additive hollow air cold plate meets the requirements of product design and use.
