随着科技发展,中餐烹饪在材料选择、处理和烹饪方式等方面不断创新,以满足现代人对美食的追求。现代科技为中餐烹饪创新提供了新的可能性,因此,本文分析了中餐烹饪在材料选择、处理搭配和烹饪方式等方面的创新发展,旨在弘扬传统特色饮食文化。
With the development of technology,Chinese cuisine constantly innovates in material selection,processing,and cooking methods to meet the modern people's pursuit of food.Modern technology has provided new possibilities for innovation in Chinese cuisine.Therefore,this article analyzes the innovative development of Chinese cuisine in material selection,processing and matching,and cooking methods,aiming to promote traditional characteristic culinary culture.
