摘要 蛋白质作为人体内不可或缺的营养成分,能够为人体提供能量供给。通过先进的蛋白质检测方法,对食品内部的蛋白质结构与含量进行测定,可以为人们摄取营养提供良好的参考依据。因此,本文探讨了食品分析中蛋白质检测应用及注意事项,以供参考。 Protein,as an essential nutrient in the human body,can provide energy supply for the body.By using advanced protein detection methods to determine the protein structure and content inside food,it can provide a good reference for people's nutrient intake.Therefore,this article explores the application and precautions of protein detection in food analysis for reference.
