The on-site engineer special training program is a new carrier of vocational education reform in the new era.This article takes the joint training of on-site engineers for intelligent processing quality control of meat products by Henan Shuanghui Investment and Development Co.,Ltd.and Luohe Food Vocational College as an example,exploring the construction ideas of the training course system for on-site engineers for intelligent processing quality control of meat products in higher vocational education,aiming to provide reference for the joint training of on-site engineers by schools and enterprises.
