职业教育现场工程师培养课程体系构建探索——以肉制品智能加工质量控制为例

摘要 现场工程师专项培养计划是新时期职业教育改革的全新载体,本文以河南双汇投资发展股份有限公司与漯河食品职业学院联合培养肉制品智能加工质量控制现场工程师项目为例,探索了高等职业教育肉制品智能加工质量控制现场工程师培养课程体系的构建思路,旨在为校企联合培养现场工程师提供参考。 The on-site engineer special training program is a new carrier of vocational education reform in the new era.This article takes the joint training of on-site engineers for intelligent processing quality control of meat products by Henan Shuanghui Investment and Development Co.,Ltd.and Luohe Food Vocational College as an example,exploring the construction ideas of the training course system for on-site engineers for intelligent processing quality control of meat products in higher vocational education,aiming to provide reference for the joint training of on-site engineers by schools and enterprises.
