Application of QuEChERS Pre-treatment Technology in Food Pesticide Residue Detection

QuEChERS技术具有快速简便、便宜高效、可靠安全等优点,不仅应用于水果、蔬菜、谷物等农作物样品中的农药残留检测,还广泛应用于兽药残留、毒素、污染物、非法添加物等物质的检测,且涵盖的样品基质也越来越多。基于此,本文分析了QuEChERS技术在农残检测中的应用、面临的问题和挑战,旨在保障食品安全。

QuEChERS technology has the advantages of being fast,simple,cheap,efficient,reliable,and safe.It is not only used for pesticide residue detection in crop samples such as fruits,vegetables,and grains,but also widely used for the detection of veterinary drug residues,toxins,pollutants,illegal additives,and other substances.Moreover,it covers an increasing number of sample matrices.Based on this,this article analyzes the application,problems,and challenges of QuEChERS technology in pesticide residue detection,aiming to ensure food safety.
