摘要
食品检测能够对食品安全风险进行整体评估,为相关部门的监督抽样提供有力的技术支撑。因此,在对食品进行检测时,工作人员应当根据食品类别,选择合适的检测方法与检验技术,保障食品安全。基于此,本文分析了理化检验技术存在的不足及提升措施,旨在提高食品检测质量。
Food testing can comprehensively evaluate food safety risks and provide strong technical support for supervision and sampling by relevant departments.Therefore,when testing food,staff should choose appropriate testing methods and techniques based on the food category to ensure food safety.Based on this,this article analyzes the shortcomings and improvement measures of physical and chemical inspection technology,aiming to improve the quality of food testing.
