摘要
抗氧化剂可以清除体内自由基,减轻氧化应激损伤以及心血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性疾病。蓝莓作为一种富含抗氧化物质的水果,被广泛应用于保健食品中。本研究分析了几种蓝莓保健食品的制作工艺,研究了蓝莓保健食品的抗氧化活性及其对人体健康的影响,旨在为人们选择正确的蓝莓保健食品提供依据。
Antioxidants can eliminate free radicals in the body,alleviate oxidative stress injury,cardiovascular disease,diabetes and other chronic diseases.Blueberries,as a fruit rich in antioxidants,are widely used in health foods.This study analyzed the production processes of several blueberry health foods,studied the antioxidant activity of blueberry health foods and their impact on human health,aiming to provide a basis for people to choose the right blueberry health food.
