白花含笑总酯的提取分离及抗菌性研究

本研究使用hPLC及hPLC-MS技术,成功检测到白花叶提取物中的小白菊内酯成分,并得出白花含笑总酯提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、桔青霉及啤酒酵母的生长抑制作用,旨在开发一种天然抑菌防腐剂。

This study used hPLC and hPLC-MS technology to successfully detect the Parthenolide components in the extract of white flower leaves,and obtained the growth inhibitory effects of the total ester extract of Michelia mediocris on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,Penicillium citri,and beer yeast,aiming to develop a natural antibacterial and preservative agent.
