基于气相色谱-串联质谱法的水果蔬菜中农药残留测定研究

Study on the Determination of Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables Based on Gas Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

本研究基于气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法,以甘蓝与苹果为基质,测定了水果蔬菜中的10种农药残留。实验结果表明,通过GC-MS/MS测定水果蔬菜中的农药残留,具有样品前处理操作简单、重复性好、准确度高的操作优势。

This study was based on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)and used cabbage and apple as substrates to determine 10 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.The experimental results indicate that the determination of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by GC-MS/MS has the advantages of simple sample preparation,good repeatability,and high accuracy.
