益肾扶阳粉隔药灸法对肾病综合征水肿的治疗效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Yishen Fuyang Powder Medicine-Separated Moxibustion on Edema of Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨益肾扶阳粉隔药灸法对肾病综合征水肿患者的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2023年8月随州市中医医院肾病科收治的60例肾病综合征脾肾阳虚型水肿患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用益肾扶阳粉隔药灸法治疗。两组治疗时间均为2周。比较两组中医证候量化各项评分、体质量、24 h尿量、24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、临床疗效。结果治疗2周后,观察组中医证候量化各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体质量、24 h尿蛋白明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而24 h尿量、血清白蛋白明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾扶阳粉隔药灸法可以有效改善肾病综合征水肿中医证候,增加尿量,减少尿蛋白,提高血浆白蛋白和临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of Yishen Fuyang powder medicine-separated moxibustion on edema of nephrotic syndrome.Method Sixty patients cases of 2023 edema due to defi ciency of spleen and kidney Yang were selected from the Department of Nephrology,Suizhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January to August in the 2023,the patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The treatment time was 2 weeks in both groups.The scores of TCM syndromes,body weight,24 h urine volume,24 h urine protein,serum albumin and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the edema score,waist and knee pain score,chills and cold limbs score,vertigo score,loose stool score and fatigue score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The body weight and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the 24 h urine volume and serum albumin were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total eff ective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Fuyang powder moxibustion can eff ectively improve the TCM syndrome of edema in nephrotic syndrome,increase urine volume,reduce urinary protein,improve plasma albumin and clinical efficacy.
