3D打印技术辅助三踝骨折个性化治疗的临床效果

摘要 目的在三踝骨折术后3个月的随访中,比较3D打印技术辅助三踝骨折个性化治疗与常规治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性纳入2019年6月—2021年6月在湛江中心人民医院因三踝骨折住院行手术治疗的50例患者作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用3D打印技术辅助个性化治疗。比较两组患者的手术情况和术后3个月的踝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、开始活动时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术中出血量比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的踝关节功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术辅助治疗三踝骨折有助于促进踝关节活动恢复,缩短手术时间及住院时间,减少出血量,促进早期康复活动恢复。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of individualized treatment assisted by 3D printing technology and conventional treatment of trimalleolar fracture in the follow-up of 3 months after operation.Methods Patients with trimalleolar fractures who were hospitalized for surgical treatment in our hospital from June 21,2019 to June 20,2021 were enrolled.According to the surgical plan,the patients were divided into the control group(conventional treatment)and the observation group(3D printing technology-assisted personalized treatment).The operation and recovery of ankle function at 3 months were compared in the two groups.Results A total of 50 patients were included in the study,including 25 patients in the control group and 25 patients in the observation group.The operation time,hospitalization time and starting activity time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The ankle function was better than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology assisted in the treatment of trimalleolar fractures can promote the recovery of ankle joint activity,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and early rehabilitation activities.
