The article introduce the pathogenesis theory of damp-heat stasis and toxin and its application in perianal diseases.Perianal disease is a common clinical disease,which is often treated by surgery.Affected by its anatomical structure,postoperative complications such as bleeding and pain are prone to occur.Combined with more than 20 years of clinical and scientific research practice,it is proposed that damp-heat and stasis-toxin are the basic pathogenesis of perianal diseases.Damp-heat,blood stasis and toxin follow certain evolution rules,among which damp-heat is the primary factor,blood stasis is the key factor,and toxin is the important factor.To formulate the basic treatment of clearing heat and removing blood stasis,detoxification and dampness.Clinically,according to the pathogenesis characteristics of the stage of the course of the disease,the method is changed randomly and the treatment focus is adjusted.Combined with external treatment,concentrated drug force,direct to the disease,internal and external treatment to improve the efficacy.And emphasize the adjustment of life diet.
