部队官兵训练伤慢性疼痛接受度及影响因素研究

Study of chronic pain acceptance and influencing factors of training injuries in officers and soldiers

目的:了解部队官兵训练伤慢性疼痛接受度及其影响因素,为更好地提高部队官兵训练伤慢性疼痛自我管理提供理论依据.方法:采用便利抽样法选取2023年2—5月东部战区总医院291例就诊官兵为研究对象,采用自制一般情况调查表及中文版简易慢性疼痛接受问卷(C PA Q-8)对其进行调查.结果:291例就诊官兵中,77例官兵存在训练伤慢性疼痛,占26.5%;部队官兵疼痛接受度得分为(28.39±6.35)分,其中活动参与维度得分为(19.27±3.45)分,疼痛意愿维度得分为(9.10±5.10)分;自身疼痛认知程度、接受疼痛教育、疼痛状态及治疗措施对慢性疼痛官兵疼痛接受度有影响(均P<0.05).结论:部队官兵训练伤慢性疼痛接受度处于中度水平,其疼痛接受度与自身疼痛认知程度、接受疼痛教育、疼痛状态及有无治疗措施相关,提高部队官兵疼痛自我管理积极度可在分析识别疼痛接受度相关影响因素基础上,进行有效干预.

Objective To understand the pain acceptability and factors influencing the pain of soldiers with chronic pain,and to provide theoretical basis for the force to better improve the self-management of pain from training injuries in the soldiers and officers.Methods By convenience sampling method,291 officers and soldiers who seek medical treatment at the Eastern Theater Command General Hospital were selected for the study,and the self-administered general condition questionnaire and the Chronic Pain Acceptance Questionnaire-8(CPAQ-8)were used to investigate.Results Of the 291 cases,77 officers and soldiers had training injuries chronic pain,accounting for 26.5%.The score of CPAQ-8 of the soldiers with chronic pain were(28.39±6.35),the score of the activity engagement dimension was(19.27±3.45)and the score of the pain willingness was(9.10±5.10).Self-perception of pain,receipt of pain education,painful state,and availability of treatment have an impact on pain acceptance among officers and soldiers with chronic pain(all P<0.05).Conclusions The acceptance of chronic pain in training injuries of officers and soldiers is at moderate levels,their pain acceptance was associated with their pain perception,pain education,painful state and the presence of treatment measures.Improving the motivation of pain self-management among soldiers and officers can be an effective intervention based on analysis and identification of the influencing factors related to pain acceptance.
