摘要
Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在胚胎发育和细胞增殖、分化等生理过程中扮演着重要角色,同时它在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)的肿瘤干细胞(cancerstemcell, CSCs)的维持、血管生成和上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymaltransition, EMT)中起着至关重要的作用。有多项研究证实Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在NSCLC中被显著激活,随着对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的研究,靶向Wnt/β-catenin信号通路疗法在NSCLC的治疗中取得了显著成效。本文对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在NSCLC发生和发展中的作用以及治疗研究进行概述。
Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in embryonic development and cell proliferation,differentiation,and other physiological processes.It also plays a crucial role in the maintenance of cancer stem cells(CSCs),angiogenesis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Several studies have confirmed that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is significantly activated in NSCLC.With the study of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,targeted Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway therapy has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of NSCLC.This article reviews the role and treatment of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
