摘要
针对工程实际中存在零部件过定位等现象,在分析典型接头几何尺寸偏差特点的基础上,对零件成形与定位方式在多工位条件下的偏差影响进行量化分析,提出面向装配工艺的零件结构设计评价方法,为优化白车身关键总成在设计阶段制定工程方案提供参考。
In view of the phenomenon of over-positioning of parts in engineering practice,based on the analysis of the geometric dimension deviation characteristics of typical joint,the influence of the forming and positioning method of parts on the deviation under multi-work station conditions was quantitatively analyzed.An evaluation method for the structural design of parts oriented to assembly process was proposed,which was beneficial for the engineering scheme optimization of body in white key assembly in design stage.
