摘要
以某汽车后门内板为研究对象,针对模具开发过程中零件侧冲孔切换的需求,设计了1副气动侧冲孔切换机构,采用自制斜楔能够整体实现多个孔的冲裁和切换,并解决了材料流入量不均的问题,消除了成形零件的起皱缺陷。经实际验证:气动侧冲孔切换机构切换过程稳定,易于检测和维护,且经济性较好。
Taking the rear door inner plate of a car as the research object,a pneumatic side piercing switching mechanism was designed to meet the needs of side piercing switching of part in the process of die development.Using self-made inclined wedge could realize piercing and switching of multiple holes,and solve the problem of uneven material flow and eliminate the wrinkling defect of the formed parts.Practice verified that the switching process of the pneumatic side piercing switching mechanism was stable,and it was easy to detect and maintain,and economy.
