摘要
通过对服役2 000模次后发生开裂的铝合金压铸模零件材料的合金元素、金相组织、硬度、受力变形及热应力等进行分析,分别使用不同钢材材料及不同推杆结构进行对比验证,分析结果表明:模具温度因素引起的热应力分布不均是铝合金压铸模零件服役初期开裂的主要原因之一,提高模具零件表面强度和减少热应力分布不均能减少铝合金压铸模零件服役初期开裂风险,有利于延长模具的使用寿命。
Through the analysis of alloy elements,metallographic structure,hardness,force deformation,and thermal stress of aluminum alloy die casting die parts that cracked after 2 000 serve cycles,the different steel materials and different ejector pillar structures were used to compare and verify.The analysis results showed that the uneven distribution of thermal stress caused by die temperature was one of the main causes of cracking in the early service of aluminum alloy die casting die parts.Improving the surface strength of die parts and reducing the uneven distribution of thermal stress could reduce the risk of cracking in the early service of aluminum alloy die casting die parts,which was conducive to prolonging the service life of the die.
