特布他林、阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Terbutaline,Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children

目的探讨特布他林、阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年7月荣成市埠柳中心卫生院收治的90例急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按照摸球法分为对照组(45例)、研究组(45例)。对照组采用特布他林、阿奇霉素治疗,研究组采用特布他林、阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组症状消失时间、肺功能指标。结果研究组发热、呼吸困难、肺啰音、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗10 d后,研究组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流速峰值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特布他林、阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗儿童急性支气管炎能够缓解症状,改善肺功能,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Terbutaline,Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 90 children with acute bronchitis in Rongcheng City Buliu Central Health Center from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)by the touch ball method.The disappearance time of symptoms and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of fever,dyspnea,pulmonary rales and cough in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline,Azithromycin combined with Budesonide treating acute bronchitis in children can relieve symptoms,improve lung function,and has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
