风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用

Application of risk management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology

目的探讨风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月枣庄市山亭区人民医院40例妇产科护理人员,采用随机数字表法分为两组。参照组(20例)采用常规管理,研究组(20例)采用护理风险管理,比较两组的应用效果。结果研究组产后出血、导管事件、跌倒发生率低于参照组,理论知识和操作技能成绩、护理管理总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在妇产科护理管理中应用,可减少风险事件的发生,提高护理人员综合能力和管理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,40 nurses of Department Obstetrics and Gynecology in Shanting District People’s Hospital in Zaozhuang City were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The reference group(n=20)was given routine management,and the study group(n=20)was given nursing risk management.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,catheter events,and falls in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and total satisfaction rate of nursing management in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology can reduce the occurrence of risk events and improve the comprehensive ability and management satisfaction of nursing staff.
