生活希望计划护理在乳腺癌根治术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of life hope plan nursing in patients after radical mastectomy

目的探讨生活希望计划护理在乳腺癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月平邑县人民医院收治的64例乳腺癌根治术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用生活希望计划护理。比较两组负性情绪评分及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组乳腺癌患者生存质量测定量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生活希望计划护理在乳腺癌根治术后患者中的应用可改善患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of life hope plan nursing in patients after radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 64 patients after radical mastectomy admitted to Pingyi County People’s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received life hope plan nursing based on the control group.Negative emotion score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of life hope planning nursing in patients after radical mastectomy can improve the negative emotions of patients and improve the quality of li fe,which is worthy of promotion and application.
