需求导向护理联合多学科融合护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者术后应激反应及并发症的影响

Effect of need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing on postoperative stress response and complications in patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery

目的探究需求导向护理联合多学科融合护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者术后应激反应及并发症的影响。方法选择临沂市兰山区妇幼保健院2020年5月至2023年5月收治的92例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用需求导向护理联合多学科融合护理,比较两组术后应激反应指标、并发症发生情况及创伤后应激障碍评分。结果观察组皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率、各项创伤后应激障碍评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论需求导向护理联合多学科融合护理在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing on postoperative stress response and complications in patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with uterine fibroid in Lanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing.The postoperative stress response indicators,incidence of complications,and the scores of post traumatic stress disorder of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of cortisol,norepinephrine and epinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and the scores of various post traumatic stress disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing for patients with uterine fibroid has a significant application effect,which is worth popularizing.
