基于信息-知识-信念-行为理论的延续护理模式在老年抑郁症患者中的应用

Application of the continuous nursing model based on information-knowledge-attitude-behavior theory in elderly patients with depression

目的探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)理论的延续护理模式对老年抑郁症患者焦虑程度及认知程度的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月贵州省人民医院收治的107例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)及IKAP组(53例),其中对照组采用常规护理干预方式,IKAP组采用基于IKAP理论的延续护理模式。探讨比较干预后两组患者的焦虑程度、认知程度及日常生活质量。结果IKAP组患者的焦虑程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IKAP组患者的认知程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能评分高于本组干预前,且IKAP组患者的社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于IKAP理论的延续护理模式对老年抑郁症患者进行干预,能够有效改善焦虑程度及认知程度,提升患者日常生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing model based on information-knowledge-attitude-behavior(IKAP)theory on anxiety and cognitive level of elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 107 elderly patients with depression admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(54 cases)and IKAP group(53 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the IKAP group received continuous nursing mode based on IKAP theory.To explore and compare the anxiety degree,cognitive degree and daily life quality of the two groups after intervention.Results The anxiety degree of IKAP group was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive degree of IKAP group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social function,material life,physical function and psychological function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of social function,material life,physical function and psychological function in the IKAP group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing model based on IKAP theory can effectively improve the anxiety level and cognition level of elderly patients with depression,and improve the quality of daily life of patients.
