“互联网+”延续护理对高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗子宫腺肌病患者心理应激、生活质量及临床依从性的影响

Effect of"Internet+"continuing nursing on psychological stress,quality of life,and clinical compliance in patients with adenomyosis treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation

目的探讨“互联网+”延续护理对高强度聚焦超声消融术(HIFUA)治疗子宫腺肌病患者心理应激、生活质量以及临床依从性的影响。方法选取江西省妇幼保健院2021年8月至2022年7月行HIFUA治疗的86例子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组接受围手术期行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予“互联网+”延续护理模式。将两组患者干预前与干预后的心理应激状况、生活质量以及临床依从性进行统计学比较。结果观察组干预6个月的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,观察组干预6个月的健康调查简表(SF-36)中各维度评分低于对照组,观察组患者的治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”延续护理可有效改善HIFUA治疗子宫腺肌病患者的心理状态,提高其治疗后生活质量,增强临床依从性,是一种可靠的临床护理模式。

Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+"continuing nursing on psychological stress,quality of life,and clinical compliance of patients with adenomyosis treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation(HIFU).Methods A total of 86 patients with adenomyosis underwent HIFUA from August 2021 to July 2022 in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group was given"Internet+"continuous nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The psychological stress,quality of life,and clinical compliance of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 6 months intervention,the scores of the dimensions in the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 6 months intervention,and the treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"continuing nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with adenomyosis treated with HIFUA,improve their post-treatment quality of life,and enhance clinical compliance."Internet+"continuing nursing is a reliable clinical care model.
