优质护理在突发性耳聋患者治疗中的应用效果及其对心理状态的影响

Application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of sudden deafness and its influence on mental state

目的分析优质护理在突发性耳聋患者治疗中的应用效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月江苏大学附属人民医院收治的86例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,采用计算机随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组43例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受优质护理服务。比较两组患者的护理效果、心理状态及生活质量。结果研究组的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组患者的SCL-90量表各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的简明健康状况量表(SF-36)各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组患者的SF-36量表各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理模式应用于突发性耳聋患者治疗中,能够帮助调节患者的心理状态,辅助提高临床治疗效果,进而对改善患者预后起到积极作用,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of sudden deafness patients and the impact of patients'psychological status.Methods A total of 86 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the People's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by computer random number method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high quality nursing services.The effect of nursing,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in the scores of 36-item short-form(SF-36)scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SF-36 scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing model in the treatment of sudden deafness patients can help regulate the psychological state of patients,assist in improving the clinical treatment effect,and then play a positive role in improving the prognosis of patients.It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
