脑卒中患者治疗负担及影响因素研究进展

Research progress of treatment burden and influencing factors among stroke patients

脑卒中难治愈、恢复慢、易复发,急性期后的康复管理需要患者长期接受药物治疗、进行生活方式改变、康复锻炼、随访复查等,这些都会持续消耗患者大量的时间和精力,构成患者的治疗负担。脑卒中幸存者常在肢体、语言、认知等方面遗留不同程度的功能障碍,且其康复治疗方案繁琐复杂,脑卒中患者在康复管理中承受的治疗负担常更加沉重,治疗负担对患者的治疗依从性、生活质量、心理负担和人际关系均会造成负面影响,不利于疾病预后及转归,值得临床关注,同时尽早识别脑卒中患者治疗负担的影响因素,有助于制定针对性的干预措施,提高患者的治疗依从性,改善预后。目前关于脑卒中患者治疗负担的研究尚处于起步阶段,且多见于国外研究,本文就治疗负担的概念及危害,脑卒中患者治疗负担影响因素展开综述,以期为促进国内对脑卒中治疗负担的研究开展提供参考。

Stroke is difficult to cure,slow recovery,easy to relapse.The drug therapy,lifestyle changes,rehabilitation exercise,follow-up and review continuly consume patients'time and energy,which bring treatment burden to patients.Stroke survivors are often left with different degrees of dysfunction in physical,language,cognitive,and their rehabilitation treatment are complicated,so stroke patients often bear a heavier treatment burden in rehabilitation management.Treatment burden has negative impact on patients'treatment compliance,quality of life,psychological burden and interpersonal relationship,which is worthy of attention.Identifying the factors affecting the treatment burden of stroke patients is helpful to develop targeted interventions,improve the treatment compliance of patients and improve the prognosis.But there is still a lack of relevant research on the treatment burden of stroke patients in China.This article reviews the research progress of treatment burden from the concept,adverse effects and influencing factors among stroke patients,in order to provide reference for related research on treatment burden among stroke patients.
