Therapeutic effect of Mifepristone after medical abortion in women

目的探析女性采取药物流产后予以米非司酮药物治疗的效果。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月河北省人民医院就诊的70例药物流产患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。两组均采用药物流产治疗,对照组不加用药物,观察组行米非司酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组流产情况优于对照组,观察组阴道出血量低于对照组,出血持续时间短于对照组,观察组治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E2)水平与不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮药物应用在女性药物流产后效果显著,可提升患者完全流产率,缩短患者出血持续时间,有效减少患者流产后的阴道出血量,同时对患者激素水平进行调节,降低患者不良反应发生率,促进患者流产后的恢复,临床上可借鉴及推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Mifepristone in women after medical abortion.Methods A total of 70 patients with medical abortion admitted to Hebei General Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received medication induced abortion treatment,while the control group did not receive medication.The observation group received Mifepristone treatment,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The abortion situation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),and the rate of total adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mifepristone has significant effects after medical abortion in women,which can increase the complete abortion rate of patients,shorten the duration of bleeding in patients,effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding after abortion,and regulate the hormone level of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and promote the recovery of patients after abortion.It can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
