摘要
跌倒是我国65岁以上老年人因伤致死的首要原因,该文分析了老年人跌倒的潜在因素和风险因素,总结出骨质疏松症患者常见的中医病理特点是虚和瘀。围绕患者跌倒的潜在与风险因素,结合骨质疏松症患者虚和瘀的中医病理特点,深入分析骨质疏松症与跌倒的相关性,并基于中医治未病的角度总结归纳出健康教育、运动疗法、药物干预、康复干预等健康管理方案,对防治骨质疏松症患者跌倒具有重要意义。
Falls are the primary cause of death after injuries in elderly people aged 65 and above in China.This article analyzes the potential and risk factors of falls in the elderly,and summarizes that the common pathological characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with osteoporosis are deficiency and blood stasis.Focusing on the potential and risk factors of falls in patients,combined with the traditional Chinese medicine pathological characteristics of deficiency and stasis in patients with osteoporosis,this study deeply analyzes the correlation between osteoporosis and falls,and summarizes health management plans such as health education,exercise therapy,drug intervention,and rehabilitation intervention from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment.This is of great significance for preventing and treating falls in patients with osteoporosis.
