摘要
骨代谢相关细胞通过发挥骨的形成、分泌、吸收等作用进行骨代谢调节,达到骨组织修复和重建的目的,在此过程中骨代谢相关细胞的功能受多种因素的调控。细胞焦亡是由Gasdermin基因家族介导的新型促炎性细胞程序性死亡方式,在骨代谢异常疾病的病程演变过程中发挥着关键调控作用。该文就骨代谢相关细胞焦亡的分子机制与激素性股骨头坏死、骨质疏松症、骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎等骨代谢异常疾病的相关研究进行综述,以期为骨代谢异常疾病的防治提供新策略。
Bone metabolism-related cells regulate bone metabolism by exerting the functions of bone formation,secretion and absorption,so as to achieve the purpose of bone tissue repair and reconstruction.In this process,the functions of bone metabolism-related cells are regulated by many factors.Pyroptosis is a new type of pro-inflammatory programmed cell death mediated by Gasdermin gene family,which plays a key role in the course evolution of abnormal bone metabolism diseases.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of bone metabolism-related cell death and the related research on steroid-induced femoral head necrosis,osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis and other abnormal bone metabolism diseases are reviewed in order to provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of abnormal bone metabolism diseases.
