摘要
扭振是柴油发电机组运转可靠性和稳定性的一个重要指标,它影响机组的安全运行和寿命。为此本文根据质量弹性模型,利用ANSYS对机组弹性联接的轴系进行模型分析与求解,得到模型的自由振动和强制振动的特性,其中强制振动分析时分别对正常点火工况和一缸熄火工况分别研究,并将求解结果与标准进行对照,用于指导整个轴系中发电转子和弹性联轴器的选型和应用。
Torsional vibration is an important indicator of the reliability and stability of diesel generator sets,which affects the safe operation and lifespan of the units.Therefore,based on the mass elasticity model,this article uses ANSYS to analyze and solve the model of the elastic connection shaft system of the unit,and obtains the characteristics of free vibration and forced vibration of the model.During the forced vibration analysis,the normal ignition condition and one cylinder flameout condition are studied separately,and the solution results are compared with the standards to guide the selection and application of the generator rotor and elastic coupling in the entire shaft system.
