近海低碳能源电力产业技术及成本的现状与挑战Ⅰ:现状分析

摘要 近海低碳能源是指利用海洋资源,如风能、太阳能、波浪能、潮流能等来生产清洁电力的技术。近海低碳能源技术具有可再生性、环境友好性、经济效益性等优点,是未来海洋经济发展的重要方向。近海低碳能源技术目前还面临着一些问题,主要包括技术成熟度不高、开发成本较高、运维困难、海洋环境影响等。本文以海上风电、海上光伏、波浪能发电、潮流能发电等为主要分析对象,就其发展现状、面临的问题与挑战、未来发展方向进行详细讨论。本篇为第1部分:现状分析,将对海上固定式和漂浮式风电、海上桩基式和漂浮式光伏、多种波浪能发电装备、潮流能发电装备等,分别从技术发展现状、成本管理、规模效应等角度进行综述和讨论,以期为海上低碳电力能源的发展提供参考。 Offshore low-carbon energy refers to technology that uses marine resources,such as wind energy,solar energy,wave energy,tidal energy,etc.,to produce clean electricity.Offshore low-carbon energy technology has the advantages of renewable nature,environmental friendliness,and economic efficiency,and is an important direction for future marine economic development.Offshore low-carbon energy technology currently faces some problems,including low technological maturity,high development costs,difficult operation and maintenance,and impact on the marine environment.This article focuses on offshore wind power,offshore photovoltaic,wave energy power generation,tidal power generation,etc.,and discusses in detail the development status,problems and challenges faced,and future development directions.This article is Part 1:Current Situation Analysis.Offshore fixed and floating wind power,offshore pile-based and floating photovoltaics,various wave energy power generation equipment,tidal energy power generation equipment,etc.will be reviewed and discussed from the perspectives of technology development status,cost management,scale effect,etc.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the development of offshore low-carbon power energy.
