金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效

Therapeutic effect of Jintiange capsule on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者接受经皮椎体后凸成形术后与金天格胶囊联合应用,分析其影响及其临床效果。方法收集2019年9月至2020年9月山西省临汾市尧都区人民医院收治的OVCF患者113例。按治疗方法将其分为A组(57例)和B组(56例)。2组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术,B组术后给予碳酸钙D3片治疗;A组给予金天格胶囊。比较2组患者的一般资料,分析2组患者手术前后腰椎及股骨颈骨密度的变化,骨代谢指标的变化比较疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、简明生活质量量表(SF-36)、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI),评价2组患者治疗后的临床总有效率。结果A组术后6个月腰椎密度高于B组(t=3.503,P<0.01);A组术后股骨颈骨密度高于B组(t=4.043,P<0.01);A组治疗后的VAS评分低于B组(t=8.228,P<0.01);A组治疗后ODI评分低于B组(t=2.805,P<0.001);A组生活质量评分高于B组(t=2.702,P=0.008);A组术后6个月的Ⅰ型胶原氨基端交联肽(NTX)低于B组(t=5.736,P<0.01);A组术后Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽特殊序列β(β-CTX)低于B组(t=14.447,P<0.001);A组的临床总有效率86%(49/57)高于B组61%(34/56),(χ^(2)=9.236,P=0.002)。结论经皮椎体后凸成形术后与金天格胶囊联合应用的效果显著,对患者的骨密度具有增强的效果,还可改善患者的骨代谢,改善患者生活质量,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with Jintiange capsules in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods A grouping study was conducted on 113 OVCF patients who were included in Yaodu District People′s Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.They were divided into group A(57 cases)and group B(56 cases)according to different ways of treatment.In group B,percutaneous kyphoplasty was used,and routine treatment with Calcium Carbonate D3 Tablets was combined after the operation.Group A was given Jintiange capsules on the basis of Group B.Compared the general data of two groups of patients,and analyzed the changes in bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck before and after operation.Evaluated the VAS score,SF-36 scale,and ODI score of two groups,studied the changes in bone metabolism indexes before and after operation,and evaluated the clinical total effective rate of two groups of patients after treatment.Results At 6 months post surgery,the lumbar density in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(t=3.503,P<0.001).The bone mineral density of the femoral neck in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(t=4.043,P<0.001).The VAS score of group A after treatment was significantly lower than that of group B(t=8.228,P<0.001).After treatment,the ODI score in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(t=2.805,P<0.001).The quality of life score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(t=2.702,P=0.008).At 6 months post surgery,the NTX in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(t=5.736,P<0.001).The postoperativeβ-CTX in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(t=14.447,P<0.001).The clinical total effective rate of group A was 86%(49/57),which was significantly higher than that of group B(61%,34/56)(χ^(2)=9.236,P=0.002).Conclusion The combined application of percutaneous kyphoplasty and Jintiange capsules has a remarkable effect,which can enhance the bone density of patients and improve their bone metabolism.This method can also improve their quality of life and alleviate the pain.It is worthy of clinical application.
