学龄前儿童人工耳蜗植入术围术期管理麻醉及外科专家共识

Anesthesia and surgical expert consensus on perioperative management of cochlear implantation in preschool children

摘要 人工耳蜗植入术是目前公认的、能够有效帮助重度和极重度耳聋患者重建听力、恢复听觉言语交流的主要治疗手段。研究表明,先天性耳聋患儿越早植入人工耳蜗,越能取得良好的术后疗效。学龄前儿童是接受人工耳蜗植入术的主体。相较于成人而言,学龄前儿童人工耳蜗植入术更需要良好的术前综合评估及个性化的围术期管理。为此,由南京鼓楼医院起草,由麻醉科和耳外科领域的专家组成专家委员会,以学龄前儿童人工耳蜗植入术的围术期管理的最新研究进展为依据,经过多轮讨论和投票,最终形成了本专家共识,以便更好地指导临床实践。 Cochlear implant is currently recognized as the main treatment method that can effectively help patients with severe or extremely severe hearing loss rebuild their hearing and restore auditory speech communication.Many studies have shown that the earlier cochlear implants are implanted in children with congenital deafness,the better postoperative outcomes can be achieved.Preschool children are the main recipients of cochlear implant surgery.Compared to adults,cochlear implant surgery in preschool children requires better comprehensive preoperative evaluation and personalized perioperative management.Therefore,a committee of experts from the fields of anesthesia and otology was drafted by Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,based on the latest research progress in perioperative management of cochlear implant surgery for preschool children.After multiple rounds of discussion and voting,this expert consensus was ultimately formed to better guide clinical practice.
