摘要
对大容量感应炉的炉体冷却的需求进行了分析,给出了一种基于PLC控制的方法。该设计加入了双电源供电设计和通过UPS电源和电池向PLC供电,实现了水路控制的自动化,无需人工操作水路的阀门,适合了现代大型铁合金冶炼行业和铸造行业无人化操作的要求。西门子S7-1500PLC系统是德国西门子企业新一代的自动化系统,能有效地控制炉体冷却系统。该系统自2021年以来已应用在宝钢、鞍钢90T工业电炉上,系统运行稳定。该设计不仅采用双回路电源供电,双水路设计供水,同时能保障PLC及相关阀门突发断电后持续工作,使得水路能持续冷却工作,保障了炉体的安全运行,同时能够快速方便地监控及定位上百条水路的故障点,方便了系统的维护,是大容量感应炉炉体冷却系统的设计方向。
The cooling requirements of induction furnace body is analyzed,and presents a method based on PLC control is present.The design incorporates dual power supply design and power supply to PLC through UPS and battery,which realizes automation of waterway control without manual operation of waterway valves,and is suitable for unmanned operation of modern large-scale ferroalloy refining industry and casting industry.Siemens S7-1500 PLC system is a new generation of automation system of German Siemens enterprises,which can effectively control the furnace cooling system.The system has been applied to Baosteel and Ansteel 90T industrial electric furnace since 2021,and the system runs stably.This design not only uses double circuit power supply and double water supply,but also ensures the continuous operation of PLC and related valves after sudden power failure,so that the water circuit can continue to cool down and ensure the safe operation of the furnace body.At the same time,it can quickly and conveniently monitor and locate the fault points of hundreds of water circuits,which facilitates the maintenance of the system,and is the design direction of the cooling system of the large-capacity induction furnace body.
