摘要
将天然沸石应用到耐火材料领域中,以天然沸石为主要原材料、TiO_(2)和WO_(3)作为添加剂、活性炭作为造孔剂,采用部分烧结的方法制备多孔陶瓷。主要探讨了不同烧结温度(600、800和1000℃)和活性炭比例(0、5%和10%)对多孔陶瓷的显气孔率、耐压强度、物相组成和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:烧结后试样的主要物相由TiO_(2)、CaWO_(4)和石英构成,试样的物相随温度升高没有显著的改变。当活性炭比例为10%、烧结温度为1000℃时,试样具备最佳的物理性能,显气孔率为50.39%,耐压强度为3.78MPa。旨在为采用天然沸石制备多孔陶瓷提供有价值的理论指导。
Natural zeolite was applied to the field of refractory materials,and porous ceramics were prepared by partial sintering with natural zeolite as the main raw materials,TiO_(2) and WO_(3) as additives,and activated carbon as pore making agents.The effects of different sintering temperatures(600,800 and 1000℃)and activated carbon ratios(0,5%and 10%)on porosity,compressive strength,phase composition and micromorphology of porous ceramics were mainly discussed.The results showed that the main phase of the sample after sintering was composed of TiO_(2),CaWO_(4) and quartz,and the phase of the sample did not change significantly with the increase of temperature.When the proportion of activated carbon was 10%and the sintering temperature was 1000℃,the sample showed the best physical properties,with a porosity of 50.39%and a compressive strength of 3.78 MPa.It aims to provide valuable theoretical guidance for the preparation of porous ceramics using natural zeolite.
