血清s PD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平与咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿病情严重程度的相关性

摘要 目的:分析血清可溶性程序性死亡配体1(sPD-L1)、CXC趋化因子配体8(CXCL8)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平与咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年5月至2023年5月该院收治的100例CVA患儿的临床资料,设为研究组,另回顾性分析同期100名健康体检儿童的临床资料,设为对照组,并根据CVA患儿入院时病情严重程度,将其分为中度CVA患儿(n=50)和重度CVA患儿(n=50)。比较两组、不同病情严重程度CVA患儿入院时及治疗2、4周血清sPD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平,分析血清sPD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平与CVA患儿病情严重程度的相关性。结果:研究组入院时及治疗2、4周血清sPD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度CVA患儿入院时及治疗2、4周血清sPD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平均高于中度CVA患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,入院时及治疗2、4周,血清sPD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平与CVA患儿病情严重程度均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清sPD-L1、CXCL8、SAA水平与CVA患儿病情严重程度均呈正相关。 Objective:To analyze correlations among serum levels of soluble programmed cell death 1 ligand 1(sPD-L1),C-X-C chemokine ligand 8(CXCL8),and serum amyloid protein A(SAA)and severity of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children.Methods:The clinical data of 100 children with CVA admitted to this hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the study group.The clinical data of 100 healthy children in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they set as the control group.According to the severity of the CVA children at admission,they were divided into moderate CVA children(n=50)and severe CVA children(n=50).The serum levels of sPD-L1,CXCL8 and SAA were compared between the two groups and among the children with different severity at admission and 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment.The correlations among the serum levels of sPD-L1,CXCL8 and SAA and the severity of CVA were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum sPD-L1,CXCL8 and SAA in the study group were higher than those in the control group at admission and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum sPD-L1,CXCL8 and SAA in the children with severe CVA were higher than those in the children with moderate CVA at admission and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum sPD-L1,CXCL8 and SAA levels were positively correlated with the severity of CVA at admission and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum sPD-L1,CXCL8 and SAA levels are positively correlated with the severity of CVA in the children.
