摘要
目的探究绩效考核模式在医院糖尿病档案管理中的应用效果及对差错率的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年4月寿光市人民医院内分泌科负责糖尿病档案管理的20名工作人员以及652份糖尿病患者档案作为研究对象。在2020年3月—2021年3月期间实施常规管理模式,纳为对照组,共20名工作人员和326份糖尿病档案。在2021年4月—2022年4月期间实施绩效考核模式,纳为研究组,共20名工作人员和326份糖尿病档案。对比两组工作人员的工作质量、工作效率、管理满意度以及差错率。结果研究组工作人员的各项工作质量评分、工作效率评分、满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核模式应用于医院糖尿病档案管理中效果显著,可以提高档案工作人员的工作效率与工作质量,降低工作过程中出现差错的概率,工作人员满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of performance appraisal model in hospital diabetes archives management and its impact on the error rate.Methods 20 staff members responsible for diabetes record management in the Endocrinology Department of Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects,as well as 652 diabetes patient records.The routine management mode was implemented from March 2020 to March 2021,including 20 staff members and 326 diabetes files as the control group.A performance appraisal model was implemented from April 2021 to April 2022,and a total of 20 staff members and 326 diabetes files were included as study groups.The work quality,work efficiency,management satisfaction and error rate of the two groups of staff were compared.Results The work quality scores,work efficiency scores and satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The error rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of performance appraisal model in hospital diabetes archives management is effective,which can improve the work efficiency and work quality of archives staff,reduce the probability of errors in the work process,and the staff satisfaction is high.
