全程质控护理管理模式在消毒供应中心手术器械处理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of the Whole-process Quality Control Nursing Management Model in the Processing of Surgical Instruments in the Sterilization Supply Center

目的分析全程质控护理管理模式在消毒供应中心手术器械处理中的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月盐城市第一人民医院消毒供应中心20名工作人员,共接收手术器械188份,依据时间分为两组,2022年1—6月接受常规管理干预记为对照组,手术器械共94份;2022年7—12月接受全程质控护理管理模式干预记作观察组,手术器械共94份;工作人员为同一批,比较不同干预效果。结果观察组手术器械及包装情况的合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组手术器械管理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经全程质控护理管理可有效保障手术器械处理质量,达到良好的清洗、灭菌效果,有效保障消毒供应中心的工作质量,保障管理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of the full-process quality control nursing management model in the processing of surgical instruments in the sterilization supply center.Methods From January to December 2022,20 staff members of the Disinfection and Supply Center of Yancheng First People's Hospital were selected,and a total of 188 surgical instruments were received.According to the time,they were divided into two groups.From January to June 2022,routine management was recorded as the control group,and a total of 94 surgical instruments were collected;from July to December 2022,the patients who received whole-course quality control nursing management mode intervention were recorded as the observation group,with 94 surgical instruments;the staff were in the same group,and the effects of different interventions were compared.Results The qualified rates of surgical instruments and packaging in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of surgical instrument management errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The full-process quality control nursing management can effectively ensure the quality of surgical instrument processing,achieve good cleaning and sterilization effects,effectively guarantee the work quality of the sterilization supply center,and ensure management satisfaction.
